Sixty shipped A/B tests on real $10M to $300M Shopify brands, ranked by the monthly revenue each one added. The brand, the page, the exact change, the lift, and the one move you can run on your store this week. Not theory. Not a top-10 list.

Most stores test like they are decorating. Bolder button, prettier cart, cleaner menu, ship it. The brands below tested like they were hunting for money, and the money was almost never where the redesign instinct said it would be. It was in a default, a label, a constraint nobody meant to set. Read this top to bottom and you are reading where the next dollar on your own store is hiding.

<aside> ⚡

Steal this: before you read a single test, pull your last 10 experiments and sort them by dollars added, not by percentage lift. The percentage tells you what felt impressive. The dollars tell you where to spend next month. If your biggest line was a redesign and your menu has never been touched, you are guarding the wrong door.

The brands, and what they put on the board

Five of these are named programs you will see across the rest of this hub. The rest run across apparel, supplements, candles, pet, beauty, EDC, and intimate wellness. Each brand's number is its own line, because tests interact and some compete for the same conversion. You read them per brand, never as one stacked total.

Brand Tests run Monthly revenue added
Goose Creek Candles 36 $2,307,249
Primal Queen 59 $1,780,273
Perfect White Tee 52 $886,134
Dr Woof Apparel 15 $557,202
Vita Hustle 14 $27,791

About half of everything shipped here did not win. That is the point. A losing test that sharpens the next hypothesis is cheaper than a winning guess you cannot repeat, and the losers are exactly what stops a program from re-learning the same lesson twice.

The 60 biggest winners, ranked by monthly lift

Every row is the page that changed, the mechanism, the lift, and what it hands you. Sorted by the dollars each one adds per month.

1. Goose Creek Candles: auto-expand the "This Fragrance" accordion · $396,865/mo

PDP, UX default state. CVR +8.44% at 99% confidence. The scent notes, the one thing that actually sells a candle, sat collapsed behind a tap most people never made. We opened it by default. Removing one click on the most-read section of the page was worth nearly $400K a month, and it is the largest single win in the file. All we changed was a default.

Steal this: find the one section your buyer keeps tapping to reveal (ingredients, sizing, scent, delivery date) and open it by default. Whatever your buyer needs to read before they commit, stop hiding it behind a click.

2. Goose Creek Candles: shipping threshold inside the cart drawer · $376,327/mo

Cart, free-shipping progress mechanic. CVR +2.61%, mobile only. The "you're $X away from free shipping" message lived in the top banner, where buyers forget it long before they reach the cart. We put it inside the drawer, where they are actually counting their total. Mobile loved it. Desktop did not move, because desktop already shows an always-visible bar, so we shipped it to mobile and left desktop alone.
